PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Sagebrush Cantina project involved the reconstruction of half a block of fire-damaged historic storefronts in the Village of Orion, reestablishing a well-known local destination with expanded functionality and character. The mixed-use development recreated the original restaurant’s atmosphere while doubling its seating capacity and integrating additional office and restaurant spaces into the restored streetscape.
