The Beach House of Island Lake was designed as the central clubhouse and community focal point for a Toll Brothers residential development in Novi. The project combined a commercial kitchen and food service center with a larger site master plan featuring an Olympic-style swimming pool, beaches, tennis courts, beach volleyball areas, and a marina to create a resort-style community experience.
