PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

​Detroit Brewing Co transformed an existing 1930s-era retail office building in Royal Oak into an 8,500-square-foot casual dining destination while preserving the character of the original structure. The project included the integration of a wood-burning barbecue system, a fully equipped chemistry lab with ventilation hood requirements, and careful coordination to maintain active second-floor tenants throughout the renovation process.
